TTY (Text Telephone):
- Changes the printed letter into a tone that can be transmitted over telephone
lines and printed or displayed on a similar device at the other end of the
call. Nationwide Relay Services are available to assist making phone calls
between hearing or speech impaired TTY users and people that do not have
a TTY. Dial 711 to access a Relay Service. Available for loan
